Project: The Project for Improvement of Dhulikhel Hospital Trauma and Emergency Center

JICA's Grant Aid support for the Improvement of Dhulikhel Hospital Trauma and Emergency Center.
This project will enhance trauma and emergency care by building new facilities—ERs, operating rooms, ICU, and more—at Dhulikhel Hospital, and supplying advanced medical equipment like MRI, CT, X-ray, and sterilization systems.

The project 'The supply of Meteorological Observation System' is supported by JICS for the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Nepal. The project falls under Japan's Grant aid for the economic and social development program for Nepal FY 2017, which aims to contribute to the implementation of the economic and social development efforts by the Government of Nepal.

Project: The Project for Strengthening Medical Facilities in the Public Hospitals of Nepal

The project aimed to strengthen health services for NCDs at 8 public hospitals in Kathmandu valley through procurement of medical apparatus. This project also included a preliminary survey for 7 rural hospitals outside Kathmandu valley for confirmation of the current situation of medical equipment related to NCDs.

After the devastating 2015 Gorkha earthquake, JICA supported the reconstruction of both Paropakar Maternity and Women's Hospital, and Bir Hospital along with essential medical equipment's through JICA Grant Assistance. The Facility was designed based on the main concept of easy maintenance of the facilities and building with seismic resistance where reconstructed hospital will be able to withstand even in the time of next disaster, to function effectively.

Bagmati River Corridor Park

Project: A Report on Preliminary Survey, Master Plan Development and Estimate for the Bagmati River Corridor Park (West Part) Improvement Project
Client: Gokarneshwor Municipality
Period: May 2024 - June 2024
The primary objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis and development plan for the western section of the Bagmati River Corridor Park in Gokarneshor Municipality. This includes a preliminary survey, master plan design, Newar-style pati design, toilet facilities with a service quarter for the guard, 3D visualizations, and report writing.
Health Reform Project II

Health Reform Project II

In Bardiya, 17% of the rural population lack access to any drinking water on their premises and only 25% have access to drinking water treated with appropriate methods. The vulnerability to infections from contaminated water sources is high (90%) among poor communities. (NDHS) Part of ADRA's Health Reform Project includes the provision of safe drinking water and the project has designed a major intervention to increase the accessibility to safe drinking water in targeted communities (marginalized, Dalit, indigenous, minority, and disabled). The project comprises the construction of water faucets at ten different locations, extending the water supply pipelines by almost 6,400 meters, benefitting 440 families.

Sanitary Pad Factory

Sanitary Pad Factory

Menstruating women in Nepal are considered impure and polluting during their periods. To combat the stigma surrounding menstruation and provide access to eco-friendly menstrual products, Sparsa was established. In March 2024, doors of the Sparsa pad factory in Bharatpur was opened –a dream turned reality after years of dedication, research, and innovation. (NIDISI Annual Report 2024)ACEs proud to be associated to such socially driven project with a dedicated team. The project includes the design and construction supervision of the building, featuring rooms for pad production, fiber mattress storage, and office spaces. Additionally, a dedicated solar panel has been installed for power backup.

Health Reform Project I

Fibre Factory Project

Shree Ram Suwal Residence

The project is designed to accommodate both commercial and residential spaces. The ground and first floors are designated for commercial use, while the upper levels are reserved for residential units. A brick façade has been incorporated to blend traditional aesthetics with a modern touch. The total floor area is 265 square meters. The project is currently under construction.

Sheraton Banquet

Sheraton Banquet

The Sheraton Banquet is equipped with three covered halls, collectively accommodating over 1,500 guests at a time. Additionally, the facility can comfortably host an extra 100 to 200 guests outdoors. Designed in an elegant neoclassical style, it features pilaster columns, grand arches, and intricate cornices. The halls are thoughtfully planned to offer flexibility, allowing for intimate gatherings in a single hall or the seamless combination of spaces for larger celebrations.

SRL Diagnostics Pulchowk

The facility is equipped with a reception and waiting area, a laboratory, a phlebotomy room, and an office—essential components for establishing a collection center. The laboratory was designed in accordance with the Type 'B' category guidelines set by the National Public Health Laboratory (NPHL).

SUTRA DIAGNOSTICS

SUTRA DIAGNOSTICS

The facility is equipped with Bio-chemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Pathology, Serology, Hematology, and Histopathology labs, spanning over 1000 sq.ft. The lab was designed following Type 'B' category guidelines of NPHL. Through meticulous planning and innovative design solutions, ACEs International has contributed to the creation of a highly functional and efficient diagnostic facility.

SRL Diagnostics Maharajgunj

The facility is equipped with a PCR laboratory featuring a unidirectional layout, ensuring airtight and pressure-maintained rooms for optimal safety and efficiency. In addition to the PCR lab, the facility includes laboratory areas, an administration section, and doctors' offices.
